Flexible Schedules
We work for our clients 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. So, we offer our employees the option of working shifts that work with their lives. That may mean weekends only, typical business hours, or overnight. If you prefer to work at the crack of dawn or long into the night, don’t be shy about letting us know.
Becoming a Business Services Associate
Because our business has been growing astronomically, we’re almost always looking to hire additional Associates. Here are the main skills every Associate must possess:
- Type 30 wpm minimum.
- Provide exceptional customer service through your efficiency, friendliness, and positive attitude.
- Be highly organized and accurate.
- Possess extraordinary oral and written communication skills.
- Keep all company and client information confidential.
- Arrive for scheduled shifts and complete tasks on time.
- Navigate and operate a computer-based phone system.
- Operate phones and computers for vast majority of workday.
- Maintain professional demeanor in occasionally stressful and difficult situations.

We maintain some of the highest employee standards in the industry for the protection of our clients and Answer Force itself.
