What does this integration do?<\/span><\/p>\n

For every call or message taken by AnswerForce, we can then create a customer or job on your Housecall Pro account.<\/span><\/p>\n

Installing the integration<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 1<\/p>\n

From the AnswerForce app, click <\/span>Settings<\/b> in the sidebar. Then, select <\/span>Advanced Settings<\/b>. Choose the <\/span>Integrations<\/b> tab. When you see this screen, click <\/span>HouseCall Pro<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Click <\/span>Activate<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 3<\/p>\n

Select <\/span>Trigger<\/b> from the left panel. You will land on this page. Select <\/span>Call Intake<\/b> and click <\/span>Continue<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 4<\/p>\n

Click <\/span>+Connect<\/b> to connect your Housecall Pro account.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/b>Step 5<\/p>\n

This will redirect you to your Housecall Pro account. Sign in using valid credentials.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 6<\/p>\n

Once done, set up the action step. Click on <\/span>Customer<\/b> or <\/span>Job<\/b> as required, and then click <\/span>Continue<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 7<\/p>\n

Map the fields with the appropriate data sets from the AnswerForce app. Then, click <\/span>Continue<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 8<\/p>\n

This is the testing stage to make sure that every component is mapped correctly. Click <\/span>Test<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 9<\/p>\n

When the test is successful, you will get this message. If you would like to add any additional conditions, click <\/span>Add Conditions<\/b>, or you can click <\/span>Finish<\/b> to complete the integration.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 10<\/p>\n

By clicking <\/span>Add Conditions<\/b> you will be taken to the page below. You can also add an optional filter. Then, click <\/span>Save<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n
