How does the AnswerForce plan work?
We offer a prepaid model with an upfront monthly payment of only £50 along with a £29.99 monthly subscription. If the prepaid balance falls below £10, we charge your credit card another £50 so you’ll always have minutes.
What happens to the prepaid balance if I don't use minutes?
If the prepaid balance is not used because
you didn’t use any minutes during the month,
it will be rolled over to the next month. It is only adjusted based on the minutes you use.
How are payments made to AnswerForce?
We accept payments using an auto pay method from your credit card, ACH, or PayPal. We keep your secure data on file in order to charge
the credit card for the monthly subscription
and any usage cost.
What if my payment doesn’t go through on my credit card?
If a payment is declined on our card, you can
use minutes up to £10. Be sure to update the credit card under your client login; otherwise, your account will be suspended due to a zero prepaid balance.
Can I set a limit on the monthly charges on my credit card?
We hope you reconsider :). If you really want
to cancel your subscription, we offer a pro-rated refund for the unused minutes.
Will I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed with AnswerForce and change your mind, any unused prepaid balance will be refunded. The upfront subscription charge
for the particular month in which you cancel is not refundable.
When is a payment charged on my AnswerForce account?
The subscription charge is deducted each month on the same day you signed up for the service. The prepaid balance charge is deducted on
the date it falls below £10.
Is there a contract with the AnswerForce service?
No, there is no contract with AnswerForce.
You can cancel your subscription anytime, no strings attached. The current month's subscription fee is not refundable, but your prepaid balance is refundable.
What services does AnswerForce provide?
We provide live call answering service, interactive voice response (IVR), appointment scheduling with Setmore software, CRM integration, live web chat software, lead capturing and bilingual support.
Where can I view call usage reports and the prepaid balance?
A secure client portal is provided with your account. It gives you data on usage, messages taken, call history, call detail records, payments, your current prepaid balance, and your account history.

There is no limit to the number of users you can create within your own account.
