- Open the AnswerForce web or desktop app
- Go to Settings > Billing > Change plan
- Toggle on Call Transcription
You’ll be able to see transcriptions and summaries under each recorded call in your Inbox. If transcription is not enabled, you’ll see a preview along with the option to subscribe for $30/month.
