“I personally LOVE the flexibility that AnswerForce offers.”

Daniel Wilson – Center Director at Mathnasium of Carol Stream, IL – has been using AnswerForce since 2021. He talked to us about why he uses an answering service and how other Mathnasium centers can benefit from working with AnswerForce.

“Before AnswerForce, we ran the risk of having a missed call and potential leads could not have the opportunity to leave a message. Now I have the peace of mind knowing that if I am not available to speak with a client, AnswerForce can gather the necessary information for me.”

Give AnswerForce a chance. The representatives are very helpful in setting up an account with you and are more than willing to answer any questions you have about their services.

What challenges were you facing before you had an answering service?
We ran the risk of having a missed call and potential leads would not have the opportunity to leave a message. Current families call during or after center hours, I might not have had the opportunity to speak with them and help with their concerns.

In the last 2 years, 56% of calls to Mathnasium centers using AnswerForce have been after hours.

Why did you decide to use an answering service?

I called it F² (Flexibility Factor). I am big on having a backup plan (I even have a backup plan to my backup plan). With the 24/7 answering service, I have the peace of mind knowing that if I am not available to speak with a client, AnswerForce can gather the necessary information for me.

Answering support is available 24/7 every day of the year (including holidays and weekend) with AnswerForce.

Why did you choose AnswerForce?

We chose to AnswerForce, because of the benefits they offer. When a new lead comes in, the information they provide is added as a lead on Radius. This is beneficial if the lead comes in outside center hours or if the center director is preoccupied at the moment to not take the call.

AnswerForce has a direct integration with Radius so new lead information goes straight into your CRM.

How does AnswerForce benefit your customers?

I have noticed many families (current and new) are glad that they have the opportunity to leave a message in case I miss a call. Beforehand, all I would see is that I had a missed call, but I had no idea what the nature of the call was. A good half of the families have expressed to me (face-to-face, call, or text) that this service is helpful to them as well.

What kinds of information does AnswerForce collect for you?

AnswerForce is great about writing as much information from a new Lead in case I am unavailable to take a call. In the past, they have provided information that includes the contact’s name, email, and phone number to reach back. Some leads have also taken upon themselves to express the nature of their call, whether it be about a student who is struggling with math or even wanting to return to Mathnasium.

The phone calls are recorded, so we are able to go back at any time to listen to the conversation between the representative from AnswerForce and the client.

Do you use the AnswerForce App?

I love the AnswerForce App. I have my phone all the time and it is so convenient that I can use it to keep myself updated if I miss a call.
