- Am I locked into a contract?
Not at all! There's no minimum contract and no notice period.
- Can I change my plan after signing up?
You are never tied into a plan. You can upgrade and downgrade as required based on your usage. This allows your business to be supported through any seasonal or busier periods!
- Why are there different plans for the same number of minutes?
Some plans include premium features. You can choose the plan that best suits your business needs.
- What if I exceed the number of minutes included in my plan?
Additional minutes outside of your plan are charged at £1.00 per minute. You can upgrade your plan to increase your allocated minutes at any time.
- Why is the price for the Enterprise plan not displayed?
We tailor the features in our Enterprise plan to your needs. As the plan is bespoke, prices vary. We'd love to discuss your specific requirements to ensure this is the best plan for you.
- Can I use my existing number?
Absolutely - simply forward your lines whenever you need us, and we'll take it from there.
- Can I get a local number?
We can provide you with a local number. Get in touch to find out the availability of your preferred area code.
- Can I get a freephone number?
We're happy to provide you with a freephone number to advertise however you wish. Let us know if you'd prefer an 0800 or 0808 number.
- Can I use my number as my business line?
Inbound calls will reach your receptionist every time when you use a number we provide. You can make outbound calls via your business line using the AnswerForce app.
- What is the billing cycle?
Your billing cycle runs from the date you register your account through to the following month.
- How can I check my usage?
You can log into the online portal to check your usage at any time. Check under the Reports tab to find out how many minutes you've used. We'll also send you an email notification when you reach 80% and 100% of your usage.
- Do remaining minutes carry over to the next month?
Minutes are applied to each billing cycle, so they do not carry over to the following month. If you feel your plan has more minutes than you need, you can adjust your plan at any time.
- How are minutes over my plan charged?
Additional minutes outside of your plan are charged at £1.00 per minute. You can upgrade your plan to increase your allocated minutes at any time.
- Who will be answering on my behalf?
A live person will always be available to your callers, answering in your company name. Our receptionists are based throughout the UK. Our work Anywhere model allows us to recruit the best people, not the closest.
- How do you answer my calls?
Calls forwarded to your account will be answered in your business name. Your answer phrase is customisable so you choose how we greet your callers. Typically 99% of our calls are answered within 4 rings.
- Can you transfer calls to my team?
We offer free call transferring with our Premium plans. We'll transfer calls to any UK mobile or landline number.
- How do I receive my messages?
Messages are sent to you instantly. You can choose to receive an email and/or SMS message, along with a notification on our desktop and mobile app. Live operator delivery is also available with our Premium plans.
- How long does my free trial last?
Your trial is available for 14 days or 100 minutes, whichever comes first!
- How is my account reviewed after the trial?
Once your trial has expired, we'll reach out to you to recommend the best plan based on your usage and call types. We will collect any feedback and additional requirements you have.
- How soon can I use the trial after signing up?
You can begin the trial instantly, either by forwarding calls to your existing number, or by starting to use the number we have provided for you.
