How can I get my custom script set up?

 

There are 2 simple ways you can do this:

  • You can always call us at 1.800.461.8520 if you want to make a critical update or add a new promotional message to your script, your Client Account Manager would be able to assist you proactively on any account-level updates.
  • You can also email us at customercare@answerforce.com with your call script if you already have one ready.

 

Please note that it might take between 1 to 3 business days to process your request. Check your email regularly during this time as we may request missing or additional details.
